Unlike flat paint or wallpaper, our hand-troweled walls impart an actual texture and depth onto the wall we treat. This isn’t paint which can give a cloud-like ‘effect,’ but instead layers of pigmented paste which actually vary by millimeters and sometimes as much as a centimeter in parts. We use a range of local materials ranging from lime paste to micro cement. We then hand-trowel the colored paste onto the wall so of course the finished piece reflects our effort, mood, diligence and hand work.⁣
