Working with local artisans to design the interior of this penthouse in Berlin’s old East was another recent dream project.

The penthouse’s impeccable design with floor to ceiling glass windows instantly reads: ‘urban style.’ Sometimes seen as austere and not so cozy, we knew we wanted to soften up this ‘urban’ approach with the overarching concept of warmth and a sense of HOME.

Working alongside a handful of other Berlin craftsmen - Woodboom Furniture and Luisa Haase-Kiewning - we transformed this space with the eyes of both designers AND makers. So, the result wasn’t about curating a bunch of objects from local stores but rather, the integration of our own handmade goods – completely one-of-a-kind furniture pieces and never made for another home – to make this space worthy of becoming a home.
